Lakshmi Narayana Perumal Sembakkam is a small east facing temple. The single prakaram houses all the shrines and the Sanctum Sanctorum. There is a Azhagu Vinayaka temple outside the wall and a Nataraja idol in the opposite Mantapa. Anjaneya shrine is outside. The village has an unusually large number of temples including several Vinayaka temples, A large and ancient Shiva Temple, Maha Kaala Bhairava temple, Amman temples, Dakshinamurthy temple and Chidambaraswamy Madam with Shiva and Parvati installed in it.
