Sowmyadamodara Perumal Prameswaramangalam is a small west facing temple with a single large Prakaram. The main deity is a 6 feet tall idol with consorts. All other deities are installed in a line facing north. A small carving of Anjaneya along with his idol is kept in a small shrine. A Vinayaka image carved in a roundish stone is seen here along with the idols. A stone slab with a Chakra carving is installed facing east.

300 meters after crossing the Paalar River bridge after Kalpakkam take a right. Drive on in this road for another 1.4 kilometers to reach Natham and take a right to reach Sowmyadamodara Perumal Prameswaramangalam. The streets are narrow in this small village.
